How do you get back up

By

How do you get back up when you mentally fall.

It is easier not to fall. In working with people over the years I have found once they fall the process tends to be long to get back up.

Find ways not to fall. First, customers, clients are going to leave you. Stop counting them all as money. Second, put a percentage of acceptable loss in place before you start. Start with clients with the end in mind. Conversions about how both of you are going to finish is and are important. To many agents want to service them into a close. How about just asking them if you share the same goals.

Set goals that match your lead counts. I love the person that sets a goal of 300,000 per year but has never made more than 60k in one year. Nothing in their life have they ever had a 500% gain, but this year with nothing behind it, they are going to.

Lets not fall anymore, it takes to many good people out of the game.

Good philosophical post. Focus on the relationship, not the transaction. Transactional agents are just that--but relationships, that is what builds your reputation and your business.

Good post. Many are troubled by the family and business difficulties. Best wishes for continued success.
