This quote caught my attention because of the part"how dark things seem to be or actually are". How often does our mindset and attitude make things seem worse than they are? Well, if your like me, a lot. I believe in the power of attraction. Negative thought bring negative things into our lives and visa versa.

It is hard to stay positive. Your go to a class or convention and get pumped up, but a week later you are back to the same old "stinkin thinking." But just keep telling your self positive things. If you look in the mirror every morning and say " This is going to be a great day.", it will be. Think of all you have to be grateful for. And SMILE.
