I don't doubt these graphs, but what's up with the inventory?  The word is spreading that if a person stops paying their mortgage, that they can continue to live in their homes for a long period of time.  That kind of news can't be good for the problem as a whole.  Perhaps the banks are just selling the homes in bulk to wealthy investors.  I know there has to be a lot of vacant homes in Fontana.  Nice presentation.
