Visiting Home . . . .Sweet Home!

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Austin Realty Firm

I live in Austin, Texas but am visiting home this weekend, the place I grew up: League City, Texas (near NASA).

Is it just me, or does it seem like there is something different about your home, neighborhood, city, every time you come back? Another building has popped up, a family has moved away that has lived near you forever, or my bedroom furniture has been completely re-arranged. Something is always a little bit different.

However, it IS good to be home. I am in my twenties and every time my family and I go to eat or to see a movie, they still pay for me. Awww....home sweet home. :)

It might be why they said, you can never go home again.

Change is fun to see and we see it everyday in this field in buyers demands.   Those demands are what reshape our old homes (both the structures and the communities).

Nice post...nice dogs!    Going home is never the same, whenever we do it, because we bring our own changes with us.   Just life!

Epcon, I didn't even see the relation to buyers, but I do now. Thanks!

Sea to Sky, Yes...it's that I have changed some, not necessarily my home. Nice point :)
