there are so many of these types of REO agents in my area... I am making this a MUST SEE for all First Time Home Buyers of REO's! LOL

Wow! At least they were able to speak with the listing agent! I have only been able to deal with their assistants. They are not authorized to answer questions, because they are not licensed! Great post, I'll look for it on youtube.
