Ryan, if I was going to rate my most important internet marketing it would first involve Google which is reached through blogging, Facebook which is where the world is, and Twitter which is the most Wiki media going. Active Rain is a big part of this. I believe that Active Rain with it's over 161,000 real estate professionals and growing will overtake realtor.com in five years or less as the most important real estate portal. Where sites like realtor.com and others pay for position, Active Rain earns it through organic participation. Let me give an example: Active Rain had a series challenge this year. I wrote a 7 part series on a specific aspect of real estate activity. Two days after I finished I went to Google and did a 4 word search using Oklahoma City in the phrase. I had 4 of the articles on Page One. Instant success. I would add, if you are looking for referrals, wouldn't you want be a part of the largest network of active real estate professionals?
