Using a dynamic photo wall to highlight your listings and get google juice- doesn't get much better than that!
Realbird just came out with this feature of the photo wall for your Realbird account and that you post on your blogs, websites and even add to your Realbird single property sites for each of your listings. You can also add this photo wall to your Facebook Business pages! You can check out how it looks on a Facebook Fan Page/Homes For Sale tab here.
It is a really cool feature. Feel free to play around with the feature below. The more listings you have, the cooler it looks. We carry a lot of listings so it does look really neat. You can click on the sides of the wall and it floats almost like a 3D effect. You can scroll the entire wall and when you put your mouse on a photo- it tells you the address of the listing. If you click again on the address you will get a brief description of the property. There is a 'click for more information' link also and that will take you to the actual single property site for that particular listing.

That is SO cool! I love RealBird and I love that you all share your knowledge with us out here at Active Rain! Many Thanks and have a wonderful weekend!
Jeff- We turned into MAC fans in a flash! I have written about 4 posts about our journey to the Apple store and our conversion! YEAHHHHH!!!!
First we started with a mini for a great monitor we have when the video card went bad in one of our desktop pcs. After less than 5 minutes of the ease of turning a mac on compared to a pc, well, I was hooked.
Then I got my NANO- to replace my Flip Video camera. Then I bought my Macbook pro 17" because I blog so much and my poor sony vio is 5 years old and is getting slow in her old age.
Then the pc desktop that I was using to write by books with on open office- just did not seem the same:) So we got an IMAC for my desk. It took longer to move my pc to the other side of the desk, ( to get on mls for now) than it did to start up the IMAC! I guess it took rocket science to figure out that all you really need in ONE cord and that is a power cord!!!! AMAZING!
Then Nestor's sony vio started waving on the screen during a seminar we were at to apply some new techy stuff- and instead of going to the beach which we were going to do after the class- he says, nope, it is back to the Apple store. He bought his Macbook Pro 17" and then his blackberry contract was up so he got the new IPHONE 3G 32 G!
Now we are set to rock and roll! And loving it! I did not even transfer any files since we are google doc people for our listings, and open office people for some things, so we just move those to external free agent drives. Simple! Complete! And loving every minute.
We have been taking all the classes, workshops and one on ones we can fit into our lives at the Apple store, which is less than 10 minutes from our house. So they all know us there now! We even picked up about 4 clients for short sale listings and a buyer for our buyer agent! Katerina
I bought my Nano right before I left for Russia. I wanted a really small video camera. Twice the storage of Flip. :) I am jealous that you live near a Mac store. I have to drive two and a half hours to Charlotte. I also have a Mac mini hooked up to my flat screen. Plus I use a time capsule for back ups and built in wi-fi. Which allows me to use my Ipod touch to surf the web and podcast. Want a Iphone but I am waiting to see about the Mac tablet rumors.
Jeff
PS: The Iphone is a great tool for content creation, play around with it you will not be disappointed.
Also FaceBook fan pages need 25 fans to be eligible for a vanity URL.
Katerina: Thank you for the information about Real Bird. I will check it out and I'm am just starting out with Facebook so I didn't even know about a business page. I have my work cut out for me but you have given me a nice start. Checking out NANO right after this comment too.
Missy- Realbird just changed their pricing model. I believe that you get everything you see me do on my blog and more and without any ads for a mere 99 a year. That does not include specific private urls for single property sites, Realbird sells those for 14.95 per URL. You certainly can not beat the price!
Thanks Katerina for the explanation. Everything (including the Facebook Page and Facebook Profile applications and excluding the street address domain names) is included in the free service for up to 3 active listings. For marketing larger inventory, we now ask the member to become a PRO subscriber ($99/year or $11.95/month). We believe that new members should be able use the service for free for 3 active listings and see how powerful it is for themselves before we ask them to upgrade - should their listing inventory grow.
that is through my affiliate link- and upgrade your account to the $99 per year unlimited listing sites and all the tools ( except private urls) Realbird will set up your Facebook page. If you just want to keep your free account- that is just fine- then you can have Realbird do your Facebook page with Realbird for $50 for the labor.
Make sure you use my link in this comment or in the post. If for some reason it does not work, contact Gabe ( at sign) Realbird.com and let him know that you read my post and want to get started with all the tools Realbird has to offer. Katerina
Jeff- I think I have at least 25 fans on my fan page at FB.
Nestor loves his Iphone. He had a Zune which he never liked so waiting for the Iphone was a moment he was waiting for. He got a blackberry a year ago and never did like it either. The Iphone works so well with mobile me and the mac book pro. The apple store- well- I could walk to it if I had to, love it! Our new hang out, and getting biz from hangin' there too:) I was invited to speak at their biz networking events for small biz owners on how we use Apple for our biz. Great win/win.
Nestor wanted to wait for the mac tablet but when he found out it was going to be really small he decided to just get the iphone and the laptop. We really need these 17" screens when doing a lot of work, our eyes are not what they used to be:)
Hi Katerina! Great post and the webinar was oh, so helpful! I had already been using their listing feature that you can post on AR and Localism and had received tons of compliments on the appearance. This is definitely my favorite site to post to and now, this new feature is just fantastic!
I was holding out for the tablet but the new 27 inch imac with the Quad-Core and 1 terra byte hard drive is going to be hard to resist. I can almost hear Tim Allan saying more power.
Not to mention the photo wall looks so brilliant on a iMac screen.
