Admit it.  You think of Oklahoma as a place where there are teepee's and Buffalo roaming the range, right?  This may have been true at one time, but did you know that Oklahoma actually has more lake surface water per square foot than most other states?

This picture was taken from the front yard of one of our agent's listings near Oologah (pronounced OO LA GAH) Lake.  You can see that we're more than just the waving wheat wind the wind comes sweeping down the plains!

WOW!  That is pretty!  I have seen some gorgeous places in Oklahoma...although just the name kinda conjures up images of farms and fields!  You all do have some pretty country!

Bob, I've had the pleasure recently to experience OK with friends.  It is a great state and has a lot to offer.  That is a beautiful photo and a great glimpse of OK.

It's funny I was just thinking about what peoples perceptions of Michigan were today.

I tend to think folks think Detroit. Hopefully I am helping to change that perception. I always think ORU and Oklahoma football when I think of your state. LOL.

Now i think Bob Haywood.

I did not know that. I thought that Oklahoma was a more barren place!

I was born in Oklahoma my Great Grandmother was in the land rush or 1889. I would love to live there again.  People from Oklahoma are some of the nicest in the world.  Not to fancy, just nice.
