It's a self-inking stamp with your client's new address on it.  It really comes in handy for people who are sending all of their mail from a brand new address.

They will use it every week for years.  (I've had one for three years now and it still inks up just fine.)  And every week, when they are paying bills, they will see your name.

They cost me $10 per, because I buy in bulk.  I think the high-end price is $15.

They come gift-wrapped in gold foil and are a nice little surprise for your new homeowners.  They ship them for you, so you don't have to worry about that.

I cannot begin to tell you how much these things have paid off.  Clients love them and I have done dozens of refinances where people have told me that they remembered to call me because of the stamp.
