This is my first blog on AR so be gentle with me! I am very encouraged by all of the intelligent, thoughtful posts from such reputable sources and contractors! I am truly looking forward to getting to know each of you and working together for the benefit of our clients.

I have been the old wise moldlady on the mountain for about 15 years now, consulting with Realtors, home inspectors, buyers, sellers; and I have found that Realtors are some of the most vulnerable to the constant stream of misinformation with regards to mold. Sales are lost needlessly, negotiations are leveraged, everyone is confused, scared about what to do.

That's why I'm here, to protect my beloved Realtor! That's why they call me MISS MOLD!

I am co-founder, Pres & CEO of a Native American/Veteran owned company that specializes in environmental assessments for mold, radon, asbestos, air pathogens and lead.
