Some of the Picnik effects are for portraits.. fangs, skin color, eyes...  but some apply to places, houses, buildings, street signs.

The effect above is ghostify.  It works on people and places.

I added the lightning too.

Ghost would be adding a ghost into a group of people or on the street, standing in a doorway.... or standing at the entrance to a historic cemetery.  There are various ghosts to choose from...

The cemetery entrance was ghostified first.

Some of the Picnik effects are free, those with asterisks in the list above are premium. Ghostly, ghastly or just little Jack-O- Lanterns, black cats, ghost stickers, it is all there for you to create a spooky atmosphere.

Susan Milner used Picnik to change her avatar on Facebook.  Hers is really, really good.  I thought bloody fangs would be too much.  They are just right on Susan.

Here's my avatar ghostified.  I posted a picture of me with fangs, a wound and a spider on my shoulder on Facebook.
