Thank you for the well wishing! The kitchen is a little dated, but it is SO WELL MAINTAINED! The grounds and home are both spotless. There isn't a leaf out of place or a thread of carpet not perfectly in line!!! It's so rare that we go into homes like that these days... :)
I put in the same GREEN anchor fence off my back deck for my dogs....I it is virtually unseen from 50 feet away and is strong and sturdy for 2 ACTIVE dogs....GREAT photos AND GREAT location!!!
Sell it for me Wallace! :) We had the square footage wrong. I kept looking at the house and couldn't imagine the square feet was only 1700! I looked at the old MLS listing and that agent had entered it in wrong off the tax record! The property has almost TWICE as much sqare footage! Glad we caught it early........... :)
