Lucky ladies!

Everyone living in that apartment seems to have a big head in proportion to their body. It is time to move out of there and buy a home that is not built on a toxic waste site.

Looks like you are ready for those first time home buyers to get in on the $8000 Tax Credit that is about to expire Craig. Getting all that information compiled and ready to go is really important if your clients are going to get those offers in on time to be eligible for receive the $$.

Craig - If they don't knock on your door they'll be renting like Janet and Chrissy and would have lost that free $8,000 that is essentially like a free down payment.  Reality is, if $8,000 won't get them off the fence then they probably will never build the courage to own and might as well get used to the idea of paying someone elses mortgage.  This is why the rich get richer!

Great stuff.... even makes me want to buy a house from you LOL.  I've been lucky enough to have several first timers jump off the fence just in time.  Theres may be an underwriting nightmare at the last minute and i'm telling the last few they need to write it up this week or risk losing out.
