There never has been a better time than NOW to buy a Salt Lake City Utah Home.

I'd like to share them with you and hope that Curt doesn't mind.

• Prospective Home Buyers find the Housing affordability index the best since it was formed in 1991.
• Index states that 72.3% of households can afford a median priced American Home for sale.
• Median price of Utah homes is higher and Utah wages lower than national numbers.
• Federal Tax Credit gives first time home buyers $8,000 incentive.
• In Utah if a Utah Housing Corporation lender is used the housing tax credit is available immediately after closing.
• Purchase of the New Home or previously owned house must be closed by Nov.30, 2009.
• Home Run Grant 2, a grant to New Home Buyers in Utah. (never occupied), offers a $4,000 incentive to help clear inventories of New Constructed houses and Condominiums in Utah.
• If you buy a New Home or Condo in Utah and qualify, the home must close by June 30, 2010.
• The New Home Grant (Home Run 2) must be applied for by October 30, 2009.
• Home mortgage rates look to be the most volatile of all of the indicators.
• If interest rates were to rise just three quarters of a percent on a median priced Home Or Condominium, the price of a Utah home would increase almost $16,000.
