It is more imporant than ever to make a GREAT first impression, or stand out in the crowd. Your front porch is often the first thing a potential homebuyer will see. It should be in perfect shape. Add a fresh coat of paint to brighten the front of your house. Also a bench or a chair are a welcome sign, You want your porch to signal the start of something wonderful.

You are so right.  If I have a listing appointment, I like to take a photo of the outside of the house prior to my appointment so that I can show the seller's what the buyer will see.

Larry, This is a great idea to be able to show them how it will look to the buyer. Thanks.
