Short sales help Maryland
Indeed getting short sales done and out of the foreclosure market is a good thing. I have seen a big improvement in the bank's response times, but it still needs to get better. Maybe a better educated and more aggressive selling agent is the solution. I have also seen selling agents flounder for lack of knowledge or aggression toward the deal.
