***Note that in September of 2009, 36 more homes sold in the Kingwood, TX market when compared to the same time in 2008.  You won't hear that reported on the national news.***

As of October 13, 2009, the current number of foreclosures in the Kingwood, TX market is 12.  The current inventory of all homes actively on the market in Kingwood, TX is 470.  Only 2.6% of the available homes on the market are subject to foreclosure.  From what you watch and read, you would think that this number would be much higher.
