Good luck selling them, used to live on Lookout Mountain...I love the Laurel Canyon area! Great exercise walking up and down those hills and roads in the canyon!

Hi Shalonda, thank you for commenting it is more challenging to sell land now days with lenders not lending. Hence it has to be all cash or lender financing most of the time. In this case it is easier since there is a house on the property. I have about 24 other listings that are lots and it is not easy.
