Thanks, John-good stuff! My folks lived there in 2001-2003 they sold and made a few bucks .. they wrote an offer to move back earlier this year for an 1800ish SF luxury remodel for $319,000 . . they cancelled, and the home ended up selling for $290,000 . . .question" can you still call them "age-restricted" I thought that we had to call them "age-QUALIFIED" .. just curious . ..
