Just in time for Ski season!

Showhomes Park City just staged this $2million dollar new contruction home. This is a beautiful home that had been sitting vacant on the market for almost a year. The home is in a mountain community outside Park City and a year with few showings made the home hard to show. Showhomes' Katja Cain and crew moved in a live in home stager and staged the home to perfection. At an open house to reintroduce the home to Realtors and Brokers last week, over 60 professionals commented on how amazing the home now shows. Take a look:

Nice work! Bet this home sells quickly!

WoW!  That is awesome staging!  The offer is now just around the corner.  This is not going to be able to be resisted.

That is such a beautiful home!  Love the furniture arrangement in the living room.  It's a large room yet looks warm and cozy.

Beautiful!  I'll take two!  Obviously, I'm just kidding, but you did a stellar job on an already standout property!  (Or perhaps your staging just made it look that way!)

By the way, the sky is wonderfully dramatic for your client and portfolio!

Thanks for the compliments!

Our Park City franchise does and amazing job. This is a great home but empty it was a really tough sell. It took a lot of work to get it into this Showhome condition and we expect it will sell. I love the regional look this home has with the staging - it doesn't look like a traditionally staged home.

The photos are HDR (high dynamic range) photos taken with a tripod and merged together in photoshop. That's a trend we see in the better real estate photographers. Its more expensive but really worth the time and money.

Scott: Your post caught my attention because of the Utah connection. We don't see much from our area showcased on AR. The stagers' work is lovely and appropriate for the majority of the clients who would be interested in this area and type of home. Very nice work!

Hi Thomas,

What a gorgeous house. They made it look like a high end European hotel. Good job!

What a beauty! The mirrors even reflect the pattern from the dining room chairs. Wishing you a quick sale before the Holidays!
