The Prince William real estate market has changed and so have the rules of the game.  Prince William's peak in single family homes sales (fee simple) and in price seems to have peaked for this comparison chart in September 2005 when the Average sold price was $425,700  In February of 2009 the Average Sold price for a home in Prince William Virginia was $249,827 or a 41.1% drop in the average sales price.
