William looks like a lot of activity for the month of September, and the houses seem to fall in the range that first time home buyers are purchasing in.

Waterbury is a great town for CHFA Loans since the whole town is a Targeted Area, therefore, not only first time home buyers can qualify for CHFA but even non first time home buyers as long as it will be the only house that they will have.

CHFA Rate is at 4.625% this week.

Hi William: Read papers - heck no - I rely on the blogs to keep me up to date (insert chuckle here).  I tried searching the courant - nothing - tried searching Google too - but you have too much ActiveRain and Localism stuff - could not find anything!

:)
