Here is the latest sale prices for the Manhattan Beach Area through October,2009. We are looking stabile and will keep going slow but strong thru the end of the year. I am sticking with FoxNews and the call on the W recession...We are waiting for the next wave of Foreclosures to be released and that should trigger another wave but do to our High End Property Position the wave shall break very gently over Manhattan Beach..Ok so we can say "We are blessed above the Mess" of the current tsunami of Change that can hit soon but on the other hand- It is just like the saying : The Past is history, The future is a mystery and all we have is the Present- It's a gift..So Enjoy it!
