I did not know they wrote it... but that makes sense. It was shown in a class I was in this morning, just for fun. Many had already seen it. Viral.

Love it! I just had someone tell me that they had another Offer on a property so, I told her that my sellers were not interested in participating in a bidding war, that we would move on. Low and behold, the following day, the agent phoned me to say that the "other" offer had fallen through and that they would like to entertain our offer. IMAGINE THAT! "We already have 714 offers" Yeah, RIGHT! LOL

Hi John, Going to check out that program, pretty funny. It does sound a lot harder to sell real estate in your Country, guess we just have it easy here.
