Arlington VA Home Sales | Arlington VA Home Sales - Single Family Detatched Fee Simple Homes

Our MLS (MRIS) just released the most recent Arlington VA home sales statistics for our region on October 10 2009, for September 2009 home sales. What I decided to do was compare this to the same September time frame from September 2005 forward to September 2009. In September 2009 we saw 221 single family fee simple detached homes sold in Arlington Virginia. If we compare this to September of 2005 with 282 sales is a 21.6% drop in the number of homes sold in Arlington County Virginia.
