buy house for Daytona Beach BiketoberfestWelcome Daytona Beach visitors! And hello to my Daytona Beach real estate sellers (thanks for your loyal readership and business) and hello also to my Daytona Beach real estate buyers (thank you for your loyalty as well). I appreciate ALL of your loyalty in business. You are the reason I take the time to write these frequent blog posts!  =D

Today's post is to give you all a head's up. As you may already know, this weekend is Biketoberfest (Yay!) As for the head's up, I thought I'd let you all know, if you're planning on attending this year's annual Biketoberfest, it has started early! Yep. I haven't even been to the Biker Hot Spots, and I'm already seeing those beautiful motorcycles all over the place! So if you're planning to attend, and you're waiting for the official start date (October 17, 2009), don't wait! You can get in a couple of extra days, and have plenty of company. And don't forget to contact Lisa Hill to buy your own Daytona Beach house. You can save money on hotel bills (which are grossly overpriced during special events) and be able to come to Daytona Beach at any time of they year. We have many special events, beautiful beaches, cultural events, and anything you can dream of.

Hi Lisa,

You always showcase fun events, Octoberbike sounds like another. I thought it was about bicycles until I clicked on over.

Lisa,

It sounds as though Biketoberfest is a fun event and will draw people from all over.  I hope that you have a GREAT time.

Always interesting there during that week. Amazing how "regular" people can turn into biker babes! Also, always get a chuckle outof the guy who shows up with the tiny scooter...there is always one!

Interesting post. It looks like a fun event! That is a very unusual paint job on the tank. I love the colors. Is it your bike?

Thanks for all the comments =) And I'm not a biker, but it's hard to spend your whole life here and not have at least some appreciation for a polished chrome, a beautiful paint job, all the unique differences, etc. Oh, and my dad has always had a Harley ;-)  So no Betina, it's not my bike. It's just a picture I took of one for Bike Week last year.

Remember, we have more than one annual motorcycle "event". Bike Week draws the most people, and lasts a full week, including 2 weekends. Biketoberfest is really just an extended weekend. But since the way is so nice right now, it seems they've decided to arrive early. And most "bikers" are really business people from all over the country (and the world) who have a love of motorcycles. They provide a huge boost to local businesses, and our overall economy. And they're more polite, respectful, and according to those in the service industry, they're better tippers than any other event attendees,  including NASCAR events!
