Timely Analysis on Policies, Understanding challenges and Opportunities
On November 1st, the latest information on national macro economy, scientific development and technological innovations in China, and the opportunities, incentives and procedures for overseas Chinese returning to China, will be shared with the audience at North Carolina State University. A delegation from Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, Ministry of Science and Technology , Academy of Macroeconomic Research at Department of Project Planning and Management and National Development and Reform Commission of People Republic of China. The Chinese delegation will offer great insight into challenges and opportunities in China and also answer questions at this event.

Mr. Yulong Shi, deputy director of Department of Macro Economic Research and Management of National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China, will focus on the "changed" and "unchanged" factors in the current economic environment due to the global financial crisis, with its deepening effect now on industrial entities.
