I just finished staging 2 open houses on same subdivision. This was very first biggest project for me in one day!@ I run back and forth on between 2 houses. Furniture arrived 6pm. They took almost 2 hours to set up furniture (2 living, 2 dining, bedroom sets). I thought I brought enough accessories to decorate 2 homes but I needed to get more wal arts and decorations. I was glad that my assistant was very helpful. She helps me a lot. Finally we finished everything at 1am.

Anyway, I had a great experience to stage these houses. I have several calls to set up 10x10 booth for Realtors tradeshow. I will post here again. I am planning to reserve a booth for trade show on August. Is anybody here in Atlanta participating??

Misako, your homes look great.  What is that on the coffee table in the smaller living room picture?  It looks very interesting.  Accessories do seem to be consumed in huge numbers by vacant homes.  Betty

Thank you so much for your commnet! THey are 3 small decorative plates from Loby Hobby, That was 50%off! Yup I rearized that all my pictures I brought were too small for the scale for this house. Realtors and builder gave me great comments on my design and set up.

It always seems to take more in accessories that what I inititally figure - I'm learning to bring at least 2 extra large bins. Good work - get some rest now!

As always Misako you did a GREAT job!  My husband works out of Atlanta and we've been discussing moving there.  Can't do that till the housing market picks up here and we can sell.  Until then I'll have to satisfy myself by looking at pictures of your staging.  I love the look of those houses.  Can you tell me what the asking prices were?

Looks really terrific. Congratulations. Who needs a gym with a job like this, right? Good luck with the trade show. I have not done one as yet. Rhonda

Great job, were there two diffrent sellers for each house or were both owned by the same person? way to balance all that.

Great job on the houses. Keep us informed about the Trade Show. There will be several here in the fall and early winter. I'll be interested in your results.
