Prices seem to be stabilizing here in Boca Raton and while running the comps for several communities the numbers have really improved. Serious buyers are really taking advantage of the low interest rates and the current market conditions to secure their piece of what looks like the last part of one of the best buyers markets in history. Most people feel very comfortable buying at this time.

Buyers who are still on the fence should realize the time to act is now as market conditions are improving and as the inventory declines things will be much more balanced between the buyers and the sellers.
