I go out for listing appointments with my partner on a regular basis.  Today's home sellers are becoming much more educated on the challenges in our real estate market.  Gone are the days of putting your home on the market today and it sells tomorrow... • What is your response time?
• Are you Internet Marketing Savvy?
• What is your goal in selling my home?
• Are you a local? Are you involved in the community?
• Experienced?  Do you actually represent Buyers or just list property?
• Do you believe in continuing your education in Real Estate, laws, programs and times, they do change, are you changing with them or standing still?
