Last weekend (Early October 2009) was the first opportunity in North Texas to turn out the furnace in our homes. If you have not had your furnace looked at and service in a while, maybe it's time to do that. I am proud to endorse ACAR Air Conditioning & Heating for your furnace service and tune-up this Fall.
It is not easy to find a contractor that would show up at the time where he said he would. On top of that, trust may also be a big issue with some of these service companies. ACAR Air Conditioning & Heating meets these requirements and more.
Owner, Alex Castelan has been in the business since 1985 serving all of Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. An immigrant from Mexico, Alex has a personable quality when you meet him face-to-face. He speaks very good English and he takes time to explain to you what is it that he's doing. He has a heart of a teacher and he will make you a much more educated homeowner about your a/c and heating units in your home. I am a better real estate agent for my clients because of the knowledge Alex cared to impart to me every time I meet with him. Alex Castelan and ACAR Air-Conditioning & Heating is truly worth its weight in gold.
Alex runs his company with his crew all over the DFW metroplex. His service call is only $39.95 and it may be applied towards the cost of the repairs if more work was needed. Alex also inspects a/c and heating units for home buyers to help them make a professional evaluation about the a/c and heater. This charge is $69.95 - a small price to pay for a peace of mind. His company also cleans ventilation ducts as well as increasing energy efficiency of your home with insulation and/or radiant barrier insulation.
Alex always picks up his phone. When he cannot get to it, I was surprised that he said that he will return your call in the next 5 minutes in his voice mail. He actually mean it! How cool is that?
ACAR Air Conditioning and Heating is a member of the Better Business Bureau. He prides on not having complaint issues.
Again, this is a friendly reminder that if you have not had your furnace serviced, now is a great time to do it.
When you call Alex, please tell him that Loreena Yeo of 3:16 team REALTY referred you to him. He will take awesome care of you.
