Marcy-It is true, they are fearless and docile out here. The buck in the ditch was munching some grass. The bigger boy was just laying there watching me. I was ready to jump back into my truck if need be.

Bob-their coats are so beautiful this year. No, I missed the deer at the restaurant today...elaborate.

Steven - A few years back we traveled through the US during hunting season and were surprised to see the gas stations selling bags of carrot and apples that were then left on the side of the road to lure the dear out of the bush .... It actually slowed our nighttime speed down to about 15 miles an hour in some places there were so many dear on the road.

Kathy-our deer know they are not being hunted. They hang out in the open. Our speed limits are quite low so very few casualties. Thanks for dropping by!

Joe-we need to take a lesson from the deer, don't we?
