Take a well priced Newington Commons townhouse that has been updated from top to bottom, stir in a little bit of a market frenzy and what do you get? A property with multiple offers in the first 48 hours it is on the market.

The sellers did the hard part in getting the home cleaned up and ready to go. The nice thing about getting a home under contract quickly is the sellers don't have to keep finding ways to entertain themselves when someone wants to poke through their closets.

We are scheduled for a 30 day close on this one so I'll keep my fingers crossed that we have a smooth ride.

Jim-I was lucky that we timed the sale of this property to the last weekend that a buyer could possibly use the tax credit.
