As the partner in our own real estate company, I'm not looking to move.  I do, however, have to say that I've not seen a more rabid group of participants than the KW crew (based on AR posts).  Do you guys get a piece of new people that sign up?  If not, KW is doing something very right- quite the loyal group!

Keller Williams does not have much of a presence in my area but I did notice a sign yesterday and was curious to see where they opened an office.  Profit sharing sounds nice considering most of the companies around here are hitting agents with more nickle and dime fees.

We've recruited a couple KW people to join Advance and they have succeeded beyond their expectations.  We do offer profit sharing and residual income for all agents that join us.  But, at the same time we also offer a great unique product in the full service discount.  But, congratulations on your success.
