Knoxvill

Tellico Plains, Tennessee is a laid back little village found just southeast of Knoxville.  To me, it is one of my favorite places to visit and could be a happy camper should I live there.  I have met so many nice people in this town.  Southern hospitality drips from all the villagers and the best hang out is the Old Bakery. Starbucks takes the back seat to their coffee and the pastries are drop dead good.  One day as I was waiting for my order, the rangers came in and took a huge box back up to the forestry center.  They knew the best place to go for great food.  I can just smell the great food and even better the fresh mountain air.  Scenery is beautiful and little Tellico Plains seems to always have a smile waiting for everyone.  I love to ride the mountains with my husband on our touring bike.  I look forward every year to the sounds of the crackling fire in our log cabin and a crsp ride down to the village on our bike.  For Flordia people, this is a treat.  Love this place.
