This is a light touch on a very serious subject. Every years too many die from breast cancer. Monthly self-exams and annual mammograms are the best way to catch it early. And catching it early is critical to a successful treatment. Yes, I know they are uncomfortable and a little painful, but not as bad as the alternative.

So if you are past due for a mammogram, call now and schedule one! And men, make sure the ladies in your life have one ,
