Just a quick heads up that the townhouses in Rockland Town Square are starting to sell quickly. We will have 2 units conditionally sold within the next few days. If you are interested in getting a townhouse for Spring of 2010 you better act fast because from past experience, once they start selling they will go fast.
You can see the progress of the first block, which is sold out, on Twitter. Take a look for ourself to see how things are coming along very well. These are beautiful homes with 3 bedrooms, hardwood and ceramic on the main floor and bathrooms. You can still choose many of the options and colours but only for a limited time. Once the building starts going up, you might not be able to choose your options.
