Chris Ann - congrats! Great job cutting through to the heart of it!
Congratulations Chris Ann! That is great and encouraging news for all of us.
Courtney: These sales are not as difficult as some may think. There are success stories.
Cara: We all need to get the good news out there when it happens.
Chris Ann - Congratulations to the Short Sale Queen! Btw, do you do short sales for other agents listings? I am seeing other agents, title companies, and lawyers, advertise their services to do your short sales of course for a fee.
Good for you, Chris Ann. And I must say that you are one patient woman!
Every time I see VA in your blog I think VA loan. But I love reading about your short sale success stories!!
Great news, Chris. That is such a good story to hear. Congratulations on your success.
Congratulations on another great closing.
Chris Ann, nice work and a great idea to post some "SOLD" homes. I need to do this myself sour our potential clients see we actually sll home s and NOT just market them!
Sharon: I will gladly accept a short sale listing with a referral fee to the agent who sent it, but since I would do all the work, I would have a hard time taking a small fee.
Pat: I am patient....at least when there is a paycheck involved.
Elizabeth: Still haven't encounted a VA loan short sale.
Linda: These short sales are more likely to close now than they were a year ago. Just need to get those time expectations out there.
Cindy: It's the post closing stuff on short sales that gives me heartburn. My negotiator on this one emailed me today with different instructions on where to and how to send the proceeds. A little too last since the check was already sent by the settlement company using the original instructions.
Russell: Start showing us your solds. It's not any different than mailing out just sold postcards.
Great to hear your getting these short sales closed and your buyers into new homes.
Michael: It's been a great year and am I thankful my skills can help save families from foreclosure.
