We're on a roll at Showhomes!

Showhomes' Cindy Montgomery, possibly one of the best home stagers in the country, emailed me with pics of a home that sold this week in 7 days. Edina Realty Realtor Paul Pudlitzke is surely happy with this result. This renovated infill home had been on the market for a long time before. Within 7 days of moving our Home Managers in and staging the home sold for very near asking price. Take a look:
