One of their first, and most informative videos is, Stop Foreclosure: Documents Your Lender Needs to Help You.

In just over 2 minutes, they explain that you will need the following documents when talking with your lender:

Monthly mortgage statement
Homeowner Association statement
Most recent pay stubs
W2s
Tax Returns
Statements for any other loans, including credit cards, car loans, student loans and other debts or obligations
Short statement about your financial hardship

NOTE: Make sure you contact your accountant or financial advisor for any advice regarding these matters.
