No-one knows for sure there is a good possibility it will be-but just in case the FTHB does not need to wait any longer.

My thoughts are that until the healtcare issue is taken care of, housing is not going to get much help.

I don't think so, it sounds good but there are too many states where there hasn't been a high utilization of it so I don't see the votes to extend it.
