Cardboard Furniture VS Traditional Furniture for Staging

Top 5 Reasons to use Cardboard Furniture from NextStage Furniture (www.nextstagefurniture.com) in your stagings:

1. It's easy to set up. 1 person can set up a couch in about the same amount of time it takes 2 people to move a couch into a home from the moving truck.

2. There is no struggle getting it into any room or up stairs. Have you ever tried getting a couch into an older home where hallways and doorways are narrow?

3. It's neutrally styled so it will blend into any home's decor. You can completely change the look just by changing the accessories.

4. It's cost effective. The real estate market is slow and staging is more important than ever but the cost of staging with traditional furniture is still expensive. Staging with NextStage Furniture (www.nextstagefurniture.com) is the affordable alternative.

5. No more need for giant expensive warehouses. When the staging is done, your furniture folds neatly in it's bag and it's footprint in your storage area is minimal.

Can you provide a link as to where you can get this? I have been thinking about this for along time but could never find it.

This is a pretty cool concept. So I take it the time to stage a property is but in half or more?

I like the part about carrying your furniture around in a bag!  I think that any staging is better t han no staging and I think that the cardboard furniture might be just the thing for more modest homes.  In a higher end home, I'm not so sure.

You are absolutely right, nothing is more convenient than carrying your furniture into a house in a bag. We understand why people might think that this product wouldn't work in a high end home. However, this could not be further from the truth. The upholstery grade fabrics covering these "furniture mannequins" are the perfect neutral palette for the appropriate accesories. These accessories become the tone setting focal points of the staging. Seeing is believing, check out our gallery at www.nextstagefurniture.com

I've looked at your website and it is certainly nicer than I thought. The shipping seems a little high, and I am wondering about shipping to Canada?? Sure solves the expense of movers (and quality of such).

Hi Karen~  I am considering doing this for a 4,000 square foot home.   Can you get a discount if you buy a lot at one time?
