I have a buyer with specific needs in each state including Florida (Panhandle Beach area), that is looking to spend around $100M by the end of the year. If you have connections to REO's before the reach the open market in any of these states, please send me an email. This buyer is domestic and will pay cash. They will close as soon as the seller (bank) will allow. I will need an NCND signed by your broker. You are paid commission from the seller, I'm paid commission from the buyer. The properties I need in Panhandle Beach area can be commercial, industrial, hotel, sfh, land, deserted developments, etc.
In each state, the buyer is looking for specific properties. When you send me an email, I will send the ncnd and once signed, I will send specifics.
