why have't you logged inWhy are the people at Point2Agent worried about my last login? I would understand if they were free, but they are not. Each month my fee is paid through my card. But they say if I do not login the website will be considered inactive. If it goes inactive, will they stop taking my money?

Darn, I thought it was over-priced when it was free. Many mortgage brokers have found a program that they offer those in their area free and it much better.

Paul, i don't understand how your site could be declared inactive if it's paid up.  Did you email their help center?

Judi,

This is a message from the support/help center. All I have to do is log in, and the count apparently starts over.

I have had it for the same amout of time also. But they say if you do not log in within the 30 day period, they will consider the account inactive.

Paul, it is weird. They "grade" our logins as how effectively we are using the site. It doesn't make sense to me either.

Thanks Jen for the comment. You just told me something I did not know. Why would the grade me? I could see if we were not paying for it. Then I could see they would try to keep you active.
