SW Florida Current Market Index June 21, 2007

Last week the Ellis Team at RE/MAX Realty Group in Fort Myers Florida released the SW Florida real estate Current Market Index for June. The index slipped backwards from May levels. The good news is inventory levels are dropping, and the bad news is so are sales. The chart shows today's index along with past months data so you can track Lee County Florida inventory levels as well as pending sales data by month.
