After experiencing 2 years of home sales decline in 2006 and 2007, the housing market continues to go strong. Many believe that this is due to the distressed properties on the market. We see this particularly in the lower end of the market.  There are areas where inventory is extremely low and causing multiple offers from buyers that are afraid to loose another home to another buyer. This will bring prices upward in those areas.

Sellers in the high end areas are struggling due to financing issues and worrying where the market is going. It wasn't until recently that the high end really felt the hit. Believe me I work that market and I can't believe the prices in NEWPORT BEACH TODAY.

Feel free to contact me for more information on the Newport Beach Real Estate market or I can recommend an agent for any other areas.
