Bovine Seminar: First You've Got To Get Their Attention

These cows have found something of interest.

The first rule for a successful seminar? Find out what your desired audience is interested in, and then place yourself squarely in their sights. It has to be all about THEM.

This is what attracted their attention.

Darlin' and I were driving down the road on vacation in Canada when this wonderfully visual illustration presented itself. The bull was on one side of the road, and the heifers on the other.

You know me; I just had to stop and capture the moment with my camera. I stood in the middle of the road between the two audiences.

Banging the side of a coffee can full of grain...would that work at a seminar to capture attention? Here's a guy with a novel approach that did the job of making the audience notice him, like his airline.

Let me be the first to say we're glad you made it back ok!

That was a close call! That old bull could have considered you a challenger for all of those heifers.

We get this one all of the time on the farm... take the bull off the cows and they all pay attention!

Hmmmm, I am trying to envision just what has got their attention. This is a GREAT visual my friend.

Great capture! I am trying to figure out who got more attention, the bull or you taking their photo. But regardless, it looks like the Canadian bovine seminar was a success.

I totally agree... Looks like these cows have decided to listen... I hope the class did as well...

Mike - I'm convinced those bovines were curious about whether you had a stock truck hiding in the bushes and were actually there to haul them off to the stock yard for slaughter, rather than to a seminar. . .LOL

Looks like they have circled the waging to avoid an attack.

That's quite the haram that bull has lined up. You can see the anticipation in their eyes, as they wonder who the next lucky lady is... LOL!!!!

The heifers are behind a fence on one side of the street, and the bull is behind another fence on the other side of the street. They've only got eyes for each other. LOL
