Dallas houses for rent is a great way for realtors to do business now a days. You can actually can make just as good of a living only doing rent houses in an area than you can doing houses for sale. See out of all of the Dallas homes for rent they probably average about $1500. So most likely your commission on each would be at only $750. However, all you have to do is to show them 5-6 homes make sure they like one, sign the lease and turn it in. Not much else to it really. So you should be able to turn over 4-6 leases a month in a good market with a good advertising plan. This would mean that you could be doing $4500 month just off of leases! Thats not a bad salary for anyone.
