Poor Folks- Their troubles have just begun. The construction on the KB homes in that community and Southern Fields are shoddy at best. Cracked walls, cracked foundations, trash in yards under the grass, water leaks etc.  I think that address is even related to a lawsuit??       http://www.hagens-berman.com/KBHome_FL_release

 I would check out the Rip Off reports and consumer affair reports for what they can expect in the future from their "New Home" May have seemed like a good deal at first, but it may end up a nightmare. I would always stay clear of any home built by KB.

I would be very careful in posting comments like this. You are representing yourself as KB Homes...which I am guessing you are really not. I know several people in the community and none of them have had any problems.
