I never cease to be amazed at the array and innovation of products coming out of Google.  I am a huge fan of everything from Analytics for my website to Adwords for lead generation.  But some of their most interesting products come straight into their immensely popular Gmail program (for those of us with our own domain names, you can easily cloak your vanity email address and have it sent to your gmail inbox, meaning we should have that Gmail page open on our laptops 24/7!)

In Gmail, you can add Google Calendar and Google Tasks.  These two features now sync with most smart phones through Google Sync, and you can then share with your team members, staff, etc.  This is VITAL for organization, lead tracking, and accountability.  And with Google Docs, our team has even created pipelines in an excel-like spreadsheet, shared open house templates, and so much more.  This is all done over the internet, once again making offices and teams VIRTUAL!

You can create a task from an email. From Gmail's More Actions menu, click Add To Tasks. If you have keyboard shortcuts enabled, you can use Shift+t instead.  This way again you can share duties, reminders, and responsibilities on the go or at your laptop.

There are more products coming out of google daily, so stay tuned!  I'm learning as I go just as you are!

I have been using Google Calander to remotely sync my blackberry now for a few months and it is great.  It ties in Outlook, Google Calander and my blackberry.  Gotta Love Google!
